The Baby Drawer Lock joinery for the drawers worked great. Had to do a shallow rabbet on one face to get the drawer guides on it to fit snug but not bind. The Veritas shoulder plane came in real handy.
Framed the pull out ply shelf with quarter rounded oak. Gave the oak a couple of coats of garnet shellac and in it went.
