There is an older rail support system - sometimes referred to as Micro Adjusters. Here's what those look like. Like the newer support system, they allow you to raise, lower, tilt and move the sliding table, albeit in a very different way. Every adjustment requires working with two or more of the adjustment nuts and bolts.
