Robland begins the X31 set up with the Jointer tables.

The outside edge of the outfeed table is rough set to the jointer/planer cutter head (not to a knife in the cutter head - that'll be done later)

The infeed table is raised or lowered to have it's cutter end at the same level as the cutter head.
